Most popular being Toshiba, Honda, Sony, Nikon, Toyota and Casio to name a few are international household names today. Moreover, it is not a commonly taught language like French, German or Spanish. You have fewer competitions in different fields, such as business, social sciences, humanities, technology, science, journalism and tourism.

Its a unique culture. A perfect combination of traditional and modern practices having a very different social conduct, something we are not used to in other cultures. These traditions and practices makes them the way they react, interact and behave and one can see the influence in the way they write, read, hear and talk. Though a younger generation would show their very own modern conduct in the way they would talk and dress but at the same time they follow their traditions of the elders. Learning the language will allow you to explore Japanese history, martial arts, entertainment, culture and fashion.
4. Take it as a challenge
As we know, most Asian languages seem very intimidating to learn but its definitely not impossible. Yes there are challenges when it comes to phonetic pronunciations but the good news is: the phonetic sounds fall pretty much within the range of sounds of the English language. It’s more like playing the drums than playing the violin. It does take an admirable amount of discipline and persistence to learn this language.
